Plot

Welcome to the world of Minecraft, where creativity doesn’t just help with crafting, it’s essential for survival! The four misfits – Garrett “The Garbage Man”; Garrison (Jason Momoa), Henry (Sebastian Eugene Hansen), Natalie (Emma Myers) and Dawn (Danielle Brooks) – are battling the usual problems when they are suddenly pulled through a mysterious portal to the Overworld: to a strange, cubic wonderland that thrives on the imagination. To return home, they must rule this world (and also protect it from evil things like pigs and zombies) while embarking on a magical adventure with an unexpected skilled craftsman, Steve (Jack Black). Together, their adventures challenge all five to be brave and reconnect with the qualities that make each uniquely creative… the very skills they need to succeed in the real world.
